RETURNS
We trust you are satisfied with your recent purchase; however, should you wish to return it, please ensure that it is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please return all unworn and unwashed items in its original condition, including original packaging and all labels and tags should still be intact.
Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact.
This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.
Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team via email at info@madisports.co.uk to arrange a return or replacement.
If you like to return item, just take the goods you want to return to any local postal service and send it back to us .
To minimize the risk of damage or loss during transit, we strongly recommend using a tracked/signed service.
Make sure you add all order details or packing slip in to the parcel to be able to identify the order.
