They are off colour and one foot is bigger than the other

They are off colour and one foot is bigger than the other. The box was damaged and i’m just unhappy with this purchase.

authentic and sourced through authorised channels. A logo placement issue on a
garment is a manufacturing defect and we sincerely apologise. Please email

I was charged for two pairs of trainers but only one pair arrived - be warned!

I ordered two different types of trainer but the Jeans Trainer was not delivered; indeed the bag the first pair came in was only big enough for one shoe box so they certainly were not despatched. I have tried to contact Madi several times but have received no response as yet. Eventually, I will contact by card provider to help resolve but a very disappointing experience for what was my first purchase from them. It will certainly be the last!!
