1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within [0–1 business days] after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Delivery - Free

• Receive within 2 - 4 working days (Excludes bank holidays).
• Includes door to door tracking

Next Day Delivery - £6.99

• Order before 10am Monday to Friday for next working day delivery (excluding bank holidays)

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the UK only.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@madisports.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Item was purchased withinthe last 30 Days
• Item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us atinfo@madisports.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within24 hours with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. 

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and note the item you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact. This does not affect your rights to return faulty goods.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the product you received faulty or wrong product sent by us , then we will send you return label otherwise it will be customers responsibility to bear the return shipping cost.
