They are off colour and one foot is bigger than the other. The box was damaged and i’m just unhappy with this purchase.

I ordered two different types of trainer but the Jeans Trainer was not delivered; indeed the bag the first pair came in was only big enough for one shoe box so they certainly were not despatched. I have tried to contact Madi several times but have received no response as yet. Eventually, I will contact by card provider to help resolve but a very disappointing experience for what was my first purchase from them. It will certainly be the last!!
